Also, I cooked Herbed Chicken Parmesan last night from Cooking Light. This recipe was rated 5 stars out of 141 reviews. (Has to be good, right?) We added so much cheese I am sure it was no longer "light" but oooh soooo good. (Can't take credit for this picture...it is off their site).
